WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items that are in-stock will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. Approximate delivery times for in-stock items are:

Adelaide | Melbourne | Sydney — Approximately 2-5 business days

Brisbane | Darwin | Hobart | Perth — Approximately 3-7 business days

Other rural locations — Approximately 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and our carriers will endeavour to meet the expectations.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR ALTER MY ORDER ONCE I PLACE IT?

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent through our distribution system for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.

 

DO YOU SHIP THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA?

Yes! We ship Australia wide to our happy customers every business day.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? OR TO NEW ZEALAND?

Not at this time. We currently only ship Australia wide, although we do hope to expand our delivery range overseas in the future.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER SHIP IN MULTIPLE DELIVERIES?

For order consists of multiple items, we sometimes ship different items from different distribution locations.

 

DOES DELIVERY INCLUDE ASSEMBLY?

Most of our items arrive pre-assembled which do not require any assembly at all, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. A small number of our products will require simple assembly, such as items that need their legs screwed in to complete their assembly. All self-assembly requirements will be stated on its product page. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact our Customer Support and we'll be happy to shed some more light on the situation for you.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though our experienced logistic partners do their best to deliver your item in perfect condition. Please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting in your item, because damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 24 hours of delivery.
